STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Loans for up to $2 million are now available for small business owners who sustained damage to their storefronts and livelihood as a result of Hurricane Sandy, which roared through Staten Island destroying everything in her path on Oct. 29 and 30.
The loans, being offered directly from the Small Business Administration (SBA), can be applied for through Staten Island’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC), which has opened the Disaster Relief Business Recovery Center for small businesses.
