The free seminar, sponsored by Northfield Bank Foundation, will guide attendees toward an understanding of how to use LinkedIn to enhance the online presence of their businesses.

Presented by SCORE Certified Mentor John Quadrino, a senior vice president and head of Employee Engagement Practice at CTR Factor, the workshop will cover a variety of topics, such as:

• Understanding “Why” Your Professional Profile Matters;

• Creating a LinkedIn “Professional Profile” and Business Page;

• Defining your Personal and Organizational, “Brand” and “Value Proposition;”

• Networking Effectively with LinkedIn: “Do’s and Don’ts;”

• Aligning with Employees and Colleagues: Present and Future, and

• Expanding Organic Reach via LinkedIn Postings, Groups and Hashtags

The free “Lunch and Learn” session will take place Nov. 13, 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at SCORE-Staten Island headquarters, fourth floor of the Staten Island Advance Building, 950 West Fingerboard Road, Grasmere.
