Military Vets at Staten Island Nursing Home are Recognized for Their Service

The New Vanderbilt Rehab & Care Center joined with the Joseph Merrell Post of the American Legion in honoring four U.S. military veterans, including three residents and an administrative member of the healthcare facility in Clifton. Gathering at the Center following the Nov. 6 awards presentation are, seated from left, honorees and New Vanderbilt residents Cosmo Argiro, Joseph Pracchi and John Arangio, and veterans supporter Emanuel Schembari, a New Vanderbilt resident and initiator of the patriotic event.
