STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – An exciting learning opportunity for small-business owners will take place Tuesday, Feb. 25, when SCORE-Staten Island teams up with the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, TD Charitable Foundation, and the 5 Chamber Alliance to present “Defining Your Business for Success: Tools for Purposeful Business Planning.”

The free workshop will feature SCORE Certified Mentor John Quadrino, asenior vice president and head of Employee Engagement Practice at CTR Factor, who will provide vitals tips for moving your business to the next level.

During the presentation, Quadrino will address a variety of topics relevant to business growth, such as:

• Evaluating Strategy and Planning for Alignment with Customers and Clients
• Establishing Your Value Proposition
• Enhancing Your Branding and Marketing Messaging
• Estimating Costs and Revenue Streams
• Enriching Customer Relationships via Empathy
