STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – John J. Amodio, a prominent business leader and former six-term chairman of SCORE-Staten Island, was recently recognized with the SCORE Platinum Leadership Award, the national SCORE organization’s highest honor.
The award was presented to Amodio by Gina Ottrando and Bartholomew (Bart) Sharp, co-chairs of SCORE-Staten Island, during a special ceremony held at Z-One restaurant, Bulls Head.
The recognition is reserved for individuals who have displayed outstanding commitment and made significant contributions to the organization.
“John Amodio’s dedication and exemplary leadership as a SCORE Business Mentor throughout the years have been truly exceptional,” Ottrando and Sharp jointly stated. “He has continuously surpassed his responsibilities and has set a remarkable standard for all members of SCORE to aspire to. We extend our congratulations to John for this well-deserved honor, and applaud him for his meritorious service to SCORE.”
