NEW YORK (Jan. 22, 2011) — Earlier this week, a red-carpet launch party celebrated the birth of BELLA NYC magazine with the glossiness and flair of a Hollywood premier.
During the event, held at the upscale Vanderbilt at South Beach, in Staten Island, N.Y, a network television film crew captured some of the memories, including a segment of the celebration to be included in an upcoming “WE tv” network series.
A projected view of movie star/mom Denise Richards, who graces the cover of BELLA NYC’s premier edition, glowed on a giant screen during the festivities, which also a included a sneak peak at the next cover.
The magazine, which hit newsstands for the first time earlier in the month, assembled an impressive guest list for the event, including prominent New York City community leaders, business owners, professionals and journalists who share the beauty, wellness and fashion philosophies of the magazine.
Featured sponsors of the gala included Sovereign Motor Cars Ltd., Mercedes-Benz; Staten Island University Hospital, and Empire State Bank.
