STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (PRNewswire) — Less than six months after a bankruptcy filing and the closing of many locations in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse is excited to announce its grand re-opening on Goethals Rd. North on Staten Island in late October.

“Charlie Brown’s was a part of the Staten Island community for more than seven years before its unfortunate closure last November,” commented Craig Godfrey, VP of operations.  “Since then we have heard loud and clear from our customers that they wanted us back.  We are taking this opportunity to remodel the restaurant so our guests will be greeted with a new environment paired with the Charlie Brown’s promise to quality, value and customer service.”

Over the past two years, the presence of Charlie Brown’s Steakhouse diminished in New York and New Jersey as locations were closed.  Today the company announced its plan to reopen some of its previously closed locations, and its plan to expand to new cities.
