STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – “Diversity and Inclusion for Competitive Advantage” is the theme of a SCORE-Staten Island business seminar set for Tuesday, June 18.
The free “lunch & learn” workshop, hosted by the Northfield Bank Foundation, will guide attendees toward acknowledging, understanding and leveraging diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
The seminar’s featured speaker will be SCORE Certified Mentor John Quadrino, a senior vice president and head of Employee Engagement Practice at CTR Factor. Founded in 2009, CTR Factor is recognized for its expertise in leadership, diversity and inclusion – with real-world experience in business, military and non-profit organizations.
Quadrino will discuss contemporary approaches to strategy and planning for any business (existing or start up), or not-for-profit organization.
