The Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR) will honor the achievements of two prominent community members on Friday during the organization’s 95th Anniversary “Fantasy” Ball.
“Real estate has changed dramatically in 95 years on Staten Island. Our founding fathers would be very proud to see how far we have come,” said Sari Kingsley, event chairperson and a former SIBOR president.
Lydia Ragucci, 1996-97 SIBOR president and owner of Ragucci Realty Corp. Annadale, will be presented with SIBOR’s “Bill” Coull 2010 Realtor Service Award; Roberta Cutrona, president and CEO of Project One Services and a founding director of Victory State Bank, will be given the 2010 SIBOR Community Service Award.
The awards are presented annually to a Realtor and Islander who have given years of distinguished service to the community.
The gala will begin at 7 p.m. in at the Richmond County Country Club, Dongan Hills. A limited number of seats are still available. For reservations, contact Annmarie Izzo at SIBOR, 718-928-3223.
