STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – The Staten Island Board of REALTORS^® (SIBOR) is providing financial aid to help local residents displaced by Hurricane Ida’s flooding. SIBOR, in partnership with the National Association of REALTORS^® Relief Foundation and New York Association of REALTORS^®, is helping eligible applicants who were negatively affected by the storm and in need of housing assistance.

Funds are available to qualified applicants toward one of the following options:

1) Monthly mortgage expense for the primary residence that was damaged by the Hurricane Ida disaster, or

2) Rental cost due to displacement from the primary residence resulting from the Hurricane Ida disaster.

Relief assistance is limited to a maximum of $2,000 per applicant per household.
