STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. – Francine (Fran) Reali of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Safari Realty has taken the helm as the 62nd president of the Staten Island Board of Realtors® (SIBOR).
Reali was sworn into office Jan. 11 by Staten Island Borough President Vito Fossella, during a ceremony at the Hilton Garden Inn, Bloomfield.
Ron Molcho of American Homes Group was installed as board chairman of the Staten Island Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (SIMLS), a wholly owned subsidiary of SIBOR.
“The two arms of our organization have very qualified leaders in 2024, along with strong teams of officers and directors,” stated Sandy Krueger, CEO of SIBOR. “The market and the industry will be facing strong headwinds, and our leadership teams are ready for the challenge. I look forward to working with them.”
SIBOR’S directors and officers were sworn in by Jennifer Stevenson, 2024 National Association of REALTORS® Regional Vice President, Region 2, serving New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Molcho and his fellow SIMLS officers and directors were sworn in by attorney Allyn J. Crawford, a partner at Crawford DeSantis Mancuso LLP.
