STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. (June 26, 2024) – Small-business owners can gain insight into some all-important state tax obligations during an upcoming SCORE-Staten Island webinar. The free online workshop – “Demystifying New York Sales Tax for Small Businesses” – is scheduled for Thursday, July 18, 1 to 2 p.m.
The seminar, sponsored by Flagstar Bank, will be conducted by Alfred Grillo, a certified public account (CPA) and SCORE-Staten Island certified mentor.
“Navigating the complexities of New York state sales tax is a critical task for small-business owners striving to maintain compliance and optimize their financial management,” states Grillo.
