NEW YORK — A network television film crew will be in Staten Island, N.Y.,  to capture a segment of the upcoming BELLA NYC launch party.

Movie star/mom Denise Richards lights up the cover of BELLA NYC's premier edition.

The magazine, which hit newsstands for the first time earlier in the month with movie star/mom Denise Richards on the cover, has assembled an impressive guest list for the event, which will take place on Jan. 20, 7:30 to 11:30 p.m., at The Vanderbilt at South Beach, 300 Father Capodanno Blvd., on the Island.

Guests include some of New York’s most prominent community leaders, business owners, professionals and journalists who share the beauty, wellness and fashion philosophies of the magazine.

“BELLA is all about the individual — it’s all about ‘beauty defined by you,’” said Courtenay Hall, editor-in-chief of the high-gloss bimonthly. “Beauty can be characterized by wellness, inner strength or glamour. We’re all different, and BELLA embraces those differences.”

The filming is intended for a segment of a new “WE tv” network series, which is still under wraps.
